Do you have a shop?
- No, we are an online store with a design studio in Geneva, Switzerland.
Can I order a mommy & me jumpsuit from any jumpsuit style?
- Yes, you can order a matching mommy& me jumpsuit from any of the jumpsuit pieces.
- The jumpsuits for the little ones will be customized to be more appropriate for kids.

How do I know my size?
Please refer to our size chart when buying a jumpsuit.
How do I know my size, can someone help me?
Of course, please email info@gemelli-couture.com and our design assistant will help you select the perfect size for you.
Can I refund and exchange?
Yes.You can request an exchange within 7 days after receiving your order.
Yes. You can request a refund only if the item is faulty, wrong , or damaged.
- For exchanges and refunds the sender will be responsible for shipping and customs fees.
- Please note - Returns must be received in their original packaging, and must have the original swing tag in tact. Return and customs fees must be covered by the sender.
How long does it take to process my order?

Domestic orders take 3-4 working days to be processed and shipped. HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED: Please read below.
- International orders can take approximately 5-10 working days to be received as your package will need to be handled and passed through your country's Customs.
- Our team will continue to do their best to ensure you receive your order as promptly as possible.
I haven't received my package,what should I do?
- Should you not receive your package, please contact our team at
info@gemelli-couture.com to assist you in locating your order.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
- Your shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.
International Taxes & Duties: Custom fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
I need to cancel my order, what do I do?
- Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed.
